Baby is a sophisticated rosé wine created from a harmonious blend of 85% Grignolino and 15% Brachetto, carefully vinified separately before being blended together. The grapes are harvested by hand in Castel Boglione, where the Brachetto is picked in early September and the Grignolino at the end of the same month. A gentle destemming is followed by fermentation on the skins in stainless steel tanks, which contributes to the wine's vibrant freshness. The result is a beautiful, dark pink color with delicate orange reflections that immediately attracts attention.
Baby's aroma is reminiscent of ripe wild strawberries and subtle floral notes of roses. On the palate, the wine is juicy and round, with a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. Thanks to vinification in stainless steel tanks, the wine retains its lively character and fruity nuances, making it particularly refreshing. Baby has an alcohol content of 13-13.5% and is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 12-14°C, which brings out its aromas and flavors perfectly.
