These traditional tribes are from their classic areas in Venice and are waiting for the south, terraced hills in etwa 300 meters high. The limestone bodies with minerals and fossils are preserved from their structure and strength. The mixture consists of 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone and 20% Rondinella, which is rich in wine, with good quality and freshness.
The Weinbereitung follows completely after natural Grundsätzen, ohne Verwendung ausgewählter Hefen or more technical Eingriffe. The work begins spontaneously with a simple lift and follow-up with the whole process, which was less complicated and tense. Bei einer Serviertemperatur zwischen 15 und 25 Grad entfaltet dieser Wein sein volles Lagerungspotenzial.
