"Bilotto" is a lively and versatile white wine that reflects the joy of togetherness and the pure flavor of Monferrato. The name is an affectionate nod to a relative of the founder of Vinicola Arno, which contributes to the warm and welcoming character of this wine. Made from a refined blend of 70% Nascetta and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine brings together freshness and elegance in a perfectly balanced whole.
In the glass, "Bilotto" opens with expressive citrus aromas of grapefruit, cedar, and lime, accompanied by exotic notes of pineapple and white melon. Floral nuances of jasmine and acacia are supported by subtle spicy hints of moss and fennel. The palate is fresh and savory with a pleasant minerality and a refined almondy finish. Thanks to an innovative vinification technique using Vinooxygen, the wine retains an intense aromatic complexity and a low sulfite content.
This Monferrato DOC Bianco is aged for four months on the fine lees and continues to develop after bottling. Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs perfectly with raw fish, white meat, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C for the best experience.
