Al 7 generaties bevindt de Viotti wijngaard zich in Castel Rocchero, een idyllisch dorpje tussen de glooiende heuvels van Alta Langa Astigiana en Alto Monferrato. Guido Viotti en zijn dochter Bianca Viotti belichamen de rijke historie van de Viotti wijngaard die begon met de eerste Viotti-wijn in 1969. Sindsdien heeft de wijngaard kenmerkende Piemontese wijnen voortgebracht als Dolcetto’s, Barbera’s, Brachetto en de Albarossa-wijnen die meermaals in de prijzen zijn gevallen.
De wijn komt direct van de wijnboeren, zij sturen de flessen ook eigenhandig op.
