The Ausbau im Zementtank preserves the French and the fruity characters of young wines.
Am Gaumen is full-fledged, with a different approach, which is typical for the Barbera Traube. The structured, yet uncomplicated art power dies, especially with pleasure and enjoyment - ideal for the day-to-day pleasure.
There is a reform of the traditional judgments of the Piemonte, for all the Fleischspeisen with Tagliolini with Ragù, Hühnerleber, Agnolotti (in Soße oder Brühe), Fassona-Rind or Wild. A fresher, more authentic Rotwein with regional character.
