The Al Bric Riesling is a delicious white wine from the Piedmont region. Enjoy delightful aromas of mango and lime.
On the palate, this wine feels as elegant as the great red wines of the Langa, yet finishes with a mineral freshness. It's ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs well with appetizers of both meat and fish.
Region: Monforte d'Alba, Langhe, Italy.
Vineyard elevation: 500 meters.
Harvest: Second week of September.
Vineyard: Located in the center of a hill with predominantly calcareous and partially clayey soil. Exposure: Southwest.
Maturation: Alcoholic fermentation takes place in large French oak barrels at a controlled temperature.
