The Madiran Mademoiselle Chiffre from Du Moulié is a red wine made from 100% Tannat and is best paired with spicy food, beef and chocolate desserts.
This wine, with its dark, intense, and luminous color, captivates with its luscious aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, and toasted herbs. The generous and complex palate is dominated by aromas of black fruit, licorice, and spices, supported by silky tannins.
Food and wine pairings: Serve at 16°C. It pairs well with all kinds of dishes: the gastronomy of south-west France, but also with spicy dishes (curries, tagines), beautiful grilled beef or even chocolate desserts.
