The Chianti Classico DOCG Annata von Podere Ciona is a more elegant and full of character Wine, the unique Terroir of Gaiole in Chianti widerspiegelt. This Cuvée is made from 96% Sangiovese and 4% from Merlot and stems from Weinbergen at a height of 490 and 625 meters above the lake. These wineries are found on the soil, which is rich in sandstone, tonsils and marl, with fine structure and aromatic complexity of the wines.
The Weinbeeritung is followed with greater soiling: The Trauben gären 10 Days long with natural Heft in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahlbehältern with a Fassungsvermögen of 30 Hektolitern, followed by a long Schälung of 35 to 40 Days. The Chianti Classico Annata is prepared with a special meal from the dishes including Pasta, Fish, White and Rotem Fleisch, Cheese and Classic Toskanischen Küche. It is best to maintain a serving temperature of 16 to 18°C and ensure that the temperature is optimal for the enjoyment. With a total of 8,300 productions, the bottles are not yet an ode to tradition, without a refined wine for everything that is authentic, pure Chianti.
