The Cairanne AOP "l'ebrescade" 2023 is a Rotwein made from 50% Mourvèdre, 30% Syrah and 20% Grenache, the best with strong Fleischgerichten and reifem Käse is prepared.
Das Durchschnittsalter unserer Syrah-Rebstöcke liegt bei 70 Jahren, während unsere Grenache- und Mourvèdre-Rebstöcke 40 Jahre alt since. The Weinberge are located on the Gipfel des Ventabren-Hügels in 327 m Höhe. The sediment layers produced by the soil are best covered with marl and limestone. The wine was consumed for 24 months in alten Demi-Muids und Foudres ausgebaut. Die Reifung erolgte bei stabiler Temperatur in unserem Weinkeller. The L'Ebrescade has a deep and dense color with ruby reflexes.

It acts with a very fresh, intensive Cuvée with an elegant palette, which is complex and yet refined.
