Château des Cèdres Bordeaux Rosé 2025 is a fresh, aromatic rosé from the right bank of Bordeaux, where the vineyards of Vignobles Larroque overlook the Garonne River. The combination of sunny slopes and carefully cultivated plots ensures ripe grapes while maintaining tension and freshness. The result is a rosé that effortlessly combines elegance and drinkability.
The blend consists of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, from vineyards with a planting density of 5,500 vines per hectare. Sustainable viticulture (culture raisonnée) is practised. Fermentation takes place under strict temperature control, followed by ageing in the traditional cuverie. This keeps the fruity aromas clear and the wine tight and pure in style.
In the glass, this rosé is highly aromatic, with fresh notes of red fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is lively, fresh and generous, with a neat, elegant finish. A versatile rosé that is perfect for summer moments, but can also be used beautifully at the table.
