Can I choose when the gift starts?
Yes. At checkout you tell us from which month we may send the first box. That way you can hand over the gift yourself first, or have it start exactly in the festive month. The following deliveries then arrive monthly.
Can you deliver on a specific day?
We do our best to meet your preferred date. The box goes to our logistics partner the day before and that usually works out, but we cannot guarantee delivery to the minute. Want to hand over the gift yourself at a precise moment? Then we send the first box to your own address a few days early. Just let us know at checkout.
Can I add a personal message?
Of course. At checkout you tell us what the card should say and we write it by hand. The card goes in the first box, so the recipient immediately sees who the gift is from.
Does the parcel go straight to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. All deliveries then go there for the whole length of the gift. If you would rather hand it over yourself, choose your own address.
Which lengths can I give?
You choose from 2, 3, 6 or 12 months, each with 3 or 6 bottles per delivery. Want a different length, for example 9 months? Send us an email; we arrange that by hand.
What does the recipient get every month?
A box of wines from a different small winemaker each time, plus a digital tasting in which that winemaker talks about the wines, the region and how they were made. A different maker every month, so a different story every month.
Does the recipient have to cancel the subscription?
No. You pay once for the chosen length and after that it stops by itself. The recipient gets no payment request, no direct debit and has nothing to keep track of.
Can I give a wine subscription as a business gift?
Yes, that happens regularly, especially the 12-month length as a corporate gift. For several recipients or an invoice in your company name, see business or email us.
Can I take the subscription for myself?
Certainly. Then choose the regular winemaker subscription, which continues monthly instead of stopping after a fixed period.
