This Dolcetto Superiore from Diano d'Alba is a powerful red wine with a deep ruby color and striking purple highlights. It is made from carefully selected grapes from a designated vineyard and vinified differently than traditional Dolcettos. The result is an intensely fragrant wine with a distinctly fruity and aromatic character.
The taste is dry, harmonious, and characterized by a characteristic hint of bitter almond that elegantly stimulates the palate. Thanks to its robust structure and higher-than-average alcohol content (14%), this is a wine that can be enjoyed both young and develops beautifully with age. The presence of aromatic components such as geraniol contributes to its refined expression.
