Harvested with care in September, the grapes are hand-selected to ensure the highest quality. After destemming and crushing, maceration takes place for approximately 10 days, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This process produces a wine with a ruby-red color and subtle purple highlights, which reveals its vibrancy upon pouring.
