Heerlijk fruitige Barbera. Iets minder zwaar dan z’n oudere broer die voor mij net iets te veel eiken heeft. Benieuwd naar jaargang 2023!
Ja wat een heerlijke wijn is is dit! Zacht en een pepertje mocht je van niet te volle straffe wijn houden. Echt knap gemaakt. En barbera technisch de eerste wijn die goed doet.
Wat een lekkere wijn is dit zeg. Intense, volle en aanhoudende smaak, met hints van rijp fruit, vanille en kers. Mooi bij verse of rijpe vleeswaren en kazen. Pasta ragù en rood vlees en gekookt vlees (kalf).
De wijn komt direct van de wijnboeren, zij sturen de flessen ook eigenhandig op.
