The wine shines in a bright ruby red and seduces with aromas that reflect the warmth of the South. Spicy notes mingle with memories of sour cherries, plums, and wild berries, while the unmistakable cherry completes the aroma. With an alcohol content of 14% and nine months of aging in French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging, this wine is an excellent choice for pairing with local cuisine.
