The Langhe DOC Dolcetto is an elegant red wine that goes perfectly with a wide range of dishes. With its ruby red color and characteristic, pleasantly vinous aroma, this wine offers an authentic expression of the Dolcetto grape. The manually harvested grapes are carefully destemmed and gently pressed before macerating in stainless steel tanks. Here the wine undergoes double fermentation, with malolactic fermentation providing additional softness and a harmonious structure.
On the palate, the wine reveals a pleasant and balanced body with a dry and refined finish. Aging in steel tanks for 6 to 8 months contributes to the pure, fruity notes and a nice balance between freshness and depth. Thanks to the 13% alcohol content, the wine remains accessible and versatile.
This Dolcetto is best enjoyed at a serving temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. It makes an excellent accompaniment to antipasti, light starters and various meat dishes. Whether for a classic Italian meal or a cozy get-together, this wine always adds a sophisticated touch.
