The Riesling Lossterrassen is a powerful and expressive Riesling that shows its ripe character from the very first scent. Aromas of juicy apricot and yellow peach take centre stage and are subtly supported by delicate nuances of dried fruit. These ripe, warm aromas are nicely balanced by the minerality typical of loess soils, giving the wine an elegant depth.
On the palate, an extract-sweet core emerges, providing roundness and pleasure without the wine losing tension. The lively, well-present acidity creates perfect balance and gives the wine a fresh, energetic structure. Light citrus accents and notes of white fruit round out the aromatic profile, keeping the wine both powerful and refined.
