In the glass, the Sauvignon Blanc is clear and pale yellow. The nose is light and delicate, with a fresh, fruit-driven character. Ripe tropical fruit and subtle freshness take centre stage, a far cry from the classic grassy notes. On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, smooth and easy to drink, with a pleasant acidity that gives the wine its energy.
