Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is een wijn van grote klasse, diep granaatrood van kleur en geboren uit een eeuwenoude traditie. Alleen de beste Corvina, Corvinone en Rondinella druiven – met de hand geoogst en zorgvuldig geselecteerd – worden gebruikt. Na de oogst ondergaan ze een geduldige appassimento van 100 dagen, waarin de druiven indrogen en zich concentreren tot de essentie van smaak en karakter.
