Gli Archi is a more characterful Bio-Rotwein from the Tuscany, from 100% from the Sangiovese di Toscana-Trauben bestht, which comes from the best Parzelle des Weinguts in Fauglia in the Sanften Hügeln of Pisa. These Trauben were made by hand in small boxes, with the quality of the berries, and the tradition in excellent quality vinification, with the trays being cooked for 25 days. After the wine is poured into 225 liter fresh French barrels, the tannins are refined and the aromatic complexity is further developed.
Gli Archi wird nach biological Grundsätzen regestelltt, ohne jegliche önological Manipulation. The wine is again cleared or filtered, so that it is pure from the flavors and the terroirs. The experience is a special experience, we have wine with a lot of rubin roten Farbe and granatroten Reflexen.
In the end, the g eine endruckende Aromenvielfalt: from Sauerkirsche and reifer Kirsche bis hin zu Veilchen, with subtle Notes from Lakritz, Zimt and dunkler Schokolade. Am Gaumen ist der Wein harmonisch und weich, with same tanninen and aussergewöhnlich long Abgang. The Chiara looks best at a serving temperature between 18 and 20°C. A more elegant, more authentic Sangiovese, with more strength and finesse than the other combination.
