The Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a sophisticated sparkling white wine with a seductively sweet and aromatic character. Made from the Moscato grape, this wine exudes an intense straw yellow color and enchants with its distinctive, fragrant aromas. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is carefully fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. Once the wine reaches an alcohol content of 5%, fermentation is stopped, then it is stabilized, clarified, filtered and bottled to retain its freshness and delicate bubbles.
With its harmonious balance of sweetness and freshness, Moscato d'Asti is the perfect companion for desserts such as pastries, creamy cakes and fresh fruits.
