'Epopée' Extra Brut is an expressive cuvée that embodies the spirit of adventure and ambition. This champagne is a refined blend of 30% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 45% Meunier, and undergoes a maturation of no less than four years in the bottle. The name ‘Épopée’, which means ‘epic’ or ‘journey’ in French, refers to the daring and vision with which the champagne house operates: an ode to entrepreneurship, innovation, and exceeding expectations.
Brut Suprême is the historic cuvée with which the story of Champagne Bonvalet began. This champagne, created by Guillaume Bonvalet in 2012 and released for the first time in 2015, marks the start of a new chapter for the house. Since 2023, this iconic wine has once again been part of the permanent collection. Brut Suprême embodies energy and action, representing, as it were, the 'Yang' element within the maison's range. This elegant cuvée consists of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
Blanc Suprême is the quiet strength of Bonvalet. A cuvée centered on finesse, freshness, and tension. First released in 2016 and reinstated as a permanent fixture in 2023. Where Brut Suprême radiates energy and sunshine, Blanc Suprême stands for the moon: refined, open, and restrained. A champagne that does not dominate, but continues to captivate.
Kosmos is a pure Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay. After three years of bottle aging, it displays a light golden color and a fine, persistent mousse. The style is precise and balanced, with a focus on time, tranquility, and craftsmanship. Elegant without becoming fragile, ideal for lovers of tension and clarity.
Horae 2014 is a vintage champagne with depth and structure. The blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay provides power and precision, supported by an Extra Brut dosage of just 5 g/l. Malolactic fermentation softens the wine, while long aging ensures layering and harmony. Pure, precise, and distinctly Bonvalet.
'Marpésia' Rosé Brut is a refined rosé champagne that unites elegance and character. This expressive cuvée consists of 75% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, and 15% still red wine from the Côteaux Champenois. The result is a champagne with a brilliant rose petal color, in which lively, fine bubbles dance playfully upwards. This champagne is an ode to the journey Champagne Bonvalet has embarked on – a conquest born of passion, vision, and faith.
