Blanc Suprême is Bonvalet’s quiet strength. A cuvée focused on finesse, freshness and tension. First released in 2016 and reintroduced as a core wine in 2023. Where Brut Suprême expresses sun and energy, Blanc Suprême represents the moon: refined, open and restrained. A Champagne that never dominates, yet continues to intrigue.
Kosmos is a pure Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay. After three years of bottle ageing, it shows a pale golden colour and a fine, persistent mousse. The style is precise and balanced, centred on time, calm and craftsmanship. Elegant without fragility, ideal for those who appreciate clarity and tension.
Horae 2014 is a vintage Champagne with depth and structure. The blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay delivers both power and precision, supported by an Extra-Brut dosage of just 5 g/l. Malolactic fermentation adds softness, while extended ageing brings harmony and layered complexity. Pure, precise and unmistakably Bonvalet.
