- 2x 'GiallOro' Bianco Lazio IGT: The 'GiallOro' is a refined orange wine made from a balanced blend of 50% Roscetto and 50% Procanico. This wine combines character with accessibility, appealing to both lovers of natural wines and curious explorers.
- 2x 'BBéCCE' Bianco Lazio IGT: The 'BbéCCE' is a pure and artisanal orange wine, made entirely from 100% Procanico, from vineyards on volcanic soils with tuff and sand layers. The southwest exposure at 436 meters altitude and careful early morning manual harvesting ensure that the grapes retain their freshness and aromatic intensity.
- 2x 'AT' Bianco Lazio IGT: The 'AT' is a unique amphora-vintage wine made from 100% Procanico grapes. This wine is produced using an artisanal and minimalist process, where the grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning and taken to the cellar before lunch to preserve their freshness. Fermentation and aging take place in terracotta amphorae, ensuring a pure and authentic character.
