This elegant rosé from the Loire is made from 100% Cabernet Franc, sourced from 15-year-old vines on old sand and gravel soils. The grapes are directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, creating a refined expression of fruit and freshness. In the glass, it shines with a bright, light salmon pink colour - a promise of lightness and elegance.
On the nose, this rosé is expressive, with aromas of fresh strawberries, fresh-sour red berries and a subtle floral touch. On the palate, it opens fresh and lively, carried by the natural acidity of Cabernet Franc. The palate is crisp and fruity, with a gentle spiciness and a clean, refreshing finish that invites another glass.
This dry rosé is an excellent choice for summer aperitifs, grilled fish, salads with goat cheese or light dishes of Mediterranean cuisine such as grilled vegetables, couscous or a niçoise salad. Served chilled (8-10°C), its lively character comes out best.
