This classically raised St Laurent is an elegant and expressive red wine that expresses the grape's character in a refined way. Aged in small wooden barrels, it develops deep aromatic complexity without sacrificing freshness.
On the nose, this quality wine shows a bright bouquet of red berries, cherries and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is velvety and fruity, with fine tannins and a harmonious structure. The balance between the lively acidity and ripe fruit makes for an elegant and layered finish.
This St Laurent is a versatile companion at the table. It goes well with classics such as grilled poultry, pork tenderloin, pasta with mushrooms or soft cheeses.
