Made according to the Méthode Ancestrale - in which fermentation is already completed in the bottle without the addition of extra sugar or yeasts - this PétNat exudes pure, unpolished wine art. The Pinot Noir grapes are "white pressed": separated from their skins immediately after harvest, resulting in a bright, light wine with fresh expression and elegant bubbles.
In the glass, this Brut surprises with a lively, natural mousse and a heady character that can be slightly different with every bottle. The aromas are fresh and slightly spicy, with notes of citrus, apple, white blossom and a hint of yeast. The wine is unfiltered, pure and unaffected - a festive companion to summer moments.
