The Stone White 2022 is an exceptional Sauvignon Blanc that derives its character from artisanal and thoughtful vinification. Fermentation takes place in amphorae, where the wine matures for a year on the yeasts, developing its first layer of complexity. This is followed by another year of aging on fine lie in stainless steel tanks, giving the wine extra precision, clarity and depth. This slow build-up gives the Stone White a distinct personality and clear terroir expression.
The vineyards lie on chalky soils with weathered shells, giving the wine a distinctive saline-mineral tension. Combined with the classic spiciness of Sauvignon Blanc, a layered and pure aroma emerges, bringing together saltiness, freshness and subtlety. The amphora aging emphasises the wine's natural character and allows the terroir to speak plainly, without embellishment or excess.
In the glass, Stone White shows itself sleek, characterful and refined, with a long and precise finish.
