The grapes - Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Clairette - are grown traditionally and harvested by machine. Direct pressing and careful vinification preserve freshness while bringing out the natural richness of the grapes. In the glass, the wine sparkles with golden-green reflections. The nose opens with floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, followed by ripe yellow fruit.
