The blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Cinsault creates a harmonious combination of fruit and finesse. After a traditional cultivation and mechanical harvest, the grapes are vinified at low temperature, optimally preserving their fresh and aromatic characteristics. This careful approach results in an elegant and lively rosé.
In the glass, the wine shows a pale rosé colour. The nose opens with floral aromas and playful, slightly sweet notes reminiscent of English candy.
