The equal distribution of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache creates a perfect balance between structure and ripe fruit. After vinification, the wine is aged for 12 months in new French oak, which gives it extra depth and complexity. The wood subtly supports the wine without overpowering the fruit, creating a layered and elegant style.
In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby red colour. The nose is complex and rich, with notes of ripe red fruit, with the wood remaining elegantly in the background. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and powerful, with silky tannins and a long finish in which red fruit takes centre stage.
