Entre Dos Aguas Blanco from Taberner Amado is an expressive white wine made from 100% Garnacha Blanca, from 15- to 25-year-old vineyards in Bajo Aragón. The combination of clay and stony soils gives the wine both freshness and structure, while its location between rivers provides a refined balance and aromatic purity.
The wine is vinified without wood aging to preserve the pure character of the grape. This keeps the focus entirely on the fresh fruit and natural elegance of Garnacha Blanca. The light structure and lively style make this wine particularly accessible and drinkable.
In the glass, it shows a bright, pale yellow colour. The nose is fruity and inviting, with notes of white fruit and subtle floral accents. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and supple, with a light body and a refreshing finish that invites another sip.
