Entre Dos Aguas Blanco Barrique from Taberner Amado is an expressive white wine made from 100% Garnacha Blanca from Bajo Aragón. This wine combines freshness with extra depth thanks to a six-month ageing in French oak barrels, adding structure and complexity without losing the fruit.
The vineyards are on chalky clay and stony soils and have an age of 15 to 25 years. Careful vinification and wood aging produce a wine that is both lively and refined, with a nice balance of fresh acidity and a soft, round texture.
In the glass, it shows a bright, light golden yellow colour. The nose is complex and fruity, with subtle wood influences. On the palate, it is fresh but full-bodied, with an elegant structure and a long, harmonious finish in which fruit and wood come together perfectly.
