Entre Dos Aguas Tinto Barrique from Taberner Amado is a refined red wine from Bajo Aragón, bringing together Garnacha Tinta, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. After a 12-month ageing in French oak barrels, this wine gains extra depth, structure and elegant complexity, while retaining its fruity character.
The grapes come from vineyards 15 to 25 years old, situated on chalky clay and loam soils. The combination of terroir and wood aging creates a wine that balances power and finesse, with wood influences subtly intertwined with ripe fruit and spiciness.
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour. The nose is intense and layered, with notes of dark fruit, spice and light wood nuances. On the palate, it is full and round, with soft tannins, a nice structure and a long, complex finish that continues to surprise.
