On the nose, it opens with aromas of white fruit, ripe pear and delicate white blossoms. The palate is smooth and refined, offering a harmonious balance between fresh acidity, gentle oak influences and ripe fruit. Eight months of ageing in oak barrels provide additional structure, roundness and subtle spice. At the same time, the wine retains its vibrant freshness and refined minerality, characteristic of Burgundy.

On the palate, it is crisp, vibrant and mineral, with refreshing acidity and refined fruit flavours that create both tension and drinkability. Temperature-controlled fermentation and six to eight months of ageing in stainless steel tanks give the wine a pure style with excellent freshness and precision. 1x Côte de Nuits-Villages Blanc 2024: The Côte de Nuits-Villages Blanc 2024 is a rare white wine from Burgundy, full of finesse, depth and mineral elegance, made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc grapes. The nose opens with refined aromas of white fruit, citrus, flowers and subtle oak notes. On the palate, it is rich yet elegant, with a beautiful balance between creaminess, fresh acidity and mineral tension. Two-thirds of the wine is aged for eight months in oak barrels, of which twenty percent are new oak, adding structure and refinement without sacrificing freshness. The portion aged in stainless steel preserves the wine’s vibrant fruit expression and purity. The addition of Pinot Blanc contributes extra finesse and gives this distinctive cuvée its unique character.
