Product description
The SCHEU ‘Street Art Edition’ 2025 is where viticulture and street art meet. For this special project, Jonas Kiefer has collaborated with the Worms-based street artist BUJA, who designed the label. The wine itself is a dry Scheurebe from the sandy loess soils around Worms-Wiesoppenheim, vinified reductively in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its delicate, elegant aromas. However you approach it, the SCHEU stands out.
In the glass, it displays a clear, pale yellow colour with light green hues. The nose has a subtle green character, with a delicate hint of blackcurrant that is pleasantly present. On the palate, the wine is delicate and elegant, with a pleasant freshness and a soft, inviting finish. Not overpowering, but refined and just right.
The SCHEU pairs excellently with fish and seafood, light pasta dishes and vegetable dishes. It’s also an excellent choice with a light Asian meal or a plate of fresh salad and goat’s cheese. And if you’d like to enjoy it on its own as an aperitif before a meal, that’s a brilliant idea too.
