Product description
Five tickets, one bottle of bubbles and a full day of tasting with the winemakers themselves. The Friends-ticket is the easiest way to bring your friends, your team or your family to Not Your Average Winefestival: the wine festival where the winemaker, not the DJ, takes the main stage. Six winemakers from across Europe pour their own wine for you in person. No importer, no middleman: you taste straight from the maker, hear the story behind every bottle and buy what you love at the source.
On 11 and 12 September 2026 we take over Kanaal30 in Utrecht, a raw industrial venue on the water. This is our harvest edition: a celebration of the harvest and of a good wine year, together with the makers who put it in your glass.
Coming with fewer than five? See the day ticket →
Single tickets are €15 per person. From five people on, the Friends-ticket is the smarter choice.
What is included in the Friends-ticket?
- 5 entry tickets for the same festival day, with 50+ wines from 6 winemakers
- A free bottle of bubbles on arrival, to kick things off together
- 5 festival glasses to taste with all day long
- For each of you, entry to one free masterclass of your choice (30 minutes, 3 wines, with the winemaker)
- Access to the food trucks with deluxe sharing boards and the oyster bar
- Music and a dance floor, from the afternoon into the evening
So you pay the same as for five single day tickets, but you start your afternoon with a bottle of bubbles on us.
The line-up
Five of the six names are confirmed. All of them stand behind their own table on both days and pour their own wine:
- Poggio Bbaranèllo, Lazio, Italy: a young family estate from Montefiascone, run entirely by women.
- Grandbois Weine, Mosel, Germany: two former hospitality people letting their steep Mosel vineyards speak in their own honest way.
- Weingut Leo Aumann, Thermenregion, Austria: family driven wine from Traiskirchen with ambition, terroir and uncompromising quality.
- Bodegas Heras Cordón, Rioja, Spain: three brothers, one family vineyard in Fuenmayor and Rioja the way it should taste.
- ABK6, Bordeaux, France: French terroir craft where Bordeaux finesse meets Cognac know-how.
We will reveal the sixth name in the coming weeks. Together they bring more than fifty wines, so with five of you, you cover a serious slice of Europe in one afternoon.
Pick your day
The Friends-ticket covers five people on one day: choose Friday 11 or Saturday 12 September above. Both days we are open from 16.30 to 23.00. Coming with a bigger group, your whole team or your wine club? Order several Friends-tickets, or drop us a line and we will sort it out together.
How the free masterclass works
Every ticket includes one free masterclass. In a short session of 30 minutes you go in depth with the winemaker of your choice and taste three of their wines. Think Mosel Riesling with Grandbois Weine, Zweigelt with Leo Aumann or aged Tempranillo with Heras Cordón. In the week before the festival you receive a separate email with the link to sign up yourself and your four friends. Tip: spread your group across different winemakers, so together you taste the most and compare notes at the bar afterwards. Places are limited, so be quick.
Food, drinks and taking wine home
Good wine calls for good food. On site you will find food trucks with deluxe sharing boards and a proper oyster bar, so you are set for the whole day. And everything you taste, you can buy straight from the winemaker. With five of you a case fills up fast: take it with you right away, or have larger orders delivered to your door.
Where is it and how do you get there?
Kanaal30, Kanaalweg 30, 3526 KM Utrecht. From Utrecht Central Station (Jaarbeurs side) you are at the venue in about 8 minutes by bike. By car there is free parking on site; P+R Westraven and Papendorp are close by as well. We would rather see you arrive by bike or public transport, so everyone in the group can taste in peace.
