In the rugged heart of Priorat, near Torroja, Bodega Bravo Escos was born out of Luis Bravo's vision. He was struck by the sheer power of this small but legendary wine region southwest of Barcelona. Between jagged rock formations and steep slopes, where the famous llicorella soils are full of slate, ash and mica, he found a place where wine is not made, but created. The combination of scorching sun, cool sea breezes and mysterious mist from the mountains gives the grapes an unprecedented depth and intensity.
