This 2InWood Trocken from Weinhaus Hans Beth is a characterful red wine where power and finesse come together. The cuvée of Dornfelder and Spätburgunder combines the deep, fruity character of Dornfelder with the elegance and refinement of Spätburgunder.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel and partially aged on wood, which creates a nice balance between fruit and subtle wood influences. On the nose and palate, notes of cherry and blackcurrant dominate, complemented by a gentle hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is full and round, with pleasant width and a dry, tight finish thanks to the very low residual sugar content.
This wine is an excellent choice for lovers of dry red wines. It goes perfectly with grilled meat, hearty dishes or just as a glass to enjoy on a relaxing evening.
