Product description
Armugnò means 'apricot' in the Piedmontese dialect, and the name is no coincidence. The plot where the Sauvignon Blanc for this wine grows was once home to many apricot trees. That sweet, fruity and springlike atmosphere comes through clearly in the glass: fresh, fragrant and full of lively fruit.
The grapes are harvested around mid-September and vinified entirely in stainless steel, where the wine rests until spring before being bottled. The screwcap protects the aromatics and keeps the wine fresh and expressive as intended. In the glass, Armugnò is pale yellow. The nose is fresh and aromatic: citrus, white stone fruit, blossom and a subtle herbal note. On the palate it is lively and easy-drinking, with a good balance and a clean, refreshing finish.
A lovely wine with light dishes. It pairs well with fish, seafood, vegetarian dishes, mushroom risotto or vegetable-based meals. Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
