Berenis is the elegant rosé expression of Barbera, inspired by grace and energy. The grapes are harvested in mid-September and undergo a short peeling, giving the wine its refined colour and aromatic finesse. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by an aging of about six months on fine lie, which adds depth without losing freshness.
In the glass, Berenis shows a bright, pale pink colour with subtle coppery reflections. The aromatic profile is refined and inviting, with notes of field flowers, fresh red fruits such as raspberry and red currant, complemented by delicate citrus nuances reminiscent of pink grapefruit. A slight minerality and spiciness add excitement to the wine.
On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a nice balance between acidity and softness. The structure is light and elegant, with a juicy, drinkable style and a refined, persistent finish. Berenis is a rosé that offers both immediate pleasure and shows subtle complexity.
