The Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC is a lively sparkling red wine that captures the expressive spirit of Lombardy. Made exclusively from the native Croatina grape, it stands out for its deep ruby-red color with garnet highlights and a delicate natural mousse that enhances its freshness.
On the nose, it reveals inviting aromas of small red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle floral notes. The palate is soft, full-bodied, and persistent, with a well-balanced structure that delivers both richness and elegance. A maceration of six to eight days followed by aging in steel and cement tanks preserves the wine’s pure fruit character and vibrant energy.
