12 and 13 December: the ONWINE Winemakers’ Festival. Winemakers from all ONWINE countries are coming to the Netherlands to let you taste their best wines.
The Pinot Nero Rosso DOC “Sinteruss” is an elegant still red wine that perfectly expresses the refined character of the Pinot Noir grape. It displays a ruby-red color with amaranth highlights, revealing its depth and maturity. The nose is intense and complex, offering aromas of vanilla and licorice alongside ripe red berries and a hint of spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with pleasant tannins that provide balance and length. A fifteen-day maceration and aging in steel and cement tanks preserve the purity of the fruit and enhance the wine’s elegant texture and lingering finish. This is a Pinot Nero that combines finesse and richness with unmistakable Italian charm.
The “Sinteruss” Pinot Nero Rosso pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game dishes, or semi-aged cheeses. Serve at cellar temperature to highlight its aromatic complexity and graceful structure.
