The Ca' Matta Ca'Celeste Amarone Valpolicella Classico DOCG is a refined Italian red wine from the prestigious Valpolicella region. Made from carefully selected grape varieties, including Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, this Amarone is known for its rich, powerful flavor and deep complexity. The wine has an alcohol content of 16% and offers full aromas of ripe fruit complemented by subtle spicy notes.
Thanks to the traditional appassimento process, in which the grapes first dry into raisins, a concentrated flavor is created that is perfectly balanced with a velvety texture. This wine pairs excellently with rich meat dishes such as game, lamb and beef, and also makes a perfect pairing with blue cheese.
