Schioppettino: Schioppettino is an indigenous red grape from Friuli, known for its spicy profile and firm structure. Dario Coos’s wine displays dark berries, black pepper, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and fine tannins. Suitable for charcuterie, game, and spicy meat dishes.
Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso: A pure, traditional red wine made from 100% Refosco grapes. The harvest is divided in the cellar; one part remains pure and immediately in steel, while another dries naturally to gain concentration and depth. Only later do these layers come together for perfect balance. The taste is full and smooth, with fresh acidity and a light bitterness in the finish, which is typical of this grape.
