De Esker White Pearl 2025 is a lightly sparkling dry wine with character and elegance. Made from equal parts Chardonnay and Riesling, this wine combines freshness with refinement. The Chardonnay provides body and elegance, while the Riesling brings freshness and mineral notes.
In the glass, the wine is clear and golden yellow. The nose offers aromas of citrus, white flowers and apple, with subtle mineral touches. The fine bubbles give the wine a sparkling character. On the palate, the wine is fresh and pleasantly dry, with a fine finish.
This is a perfect wine for special moments. It works well as an aperitif, but also with appetizers, foie gras, seafood and light fish dishes. The combination of dry and fresh makes it suitable for many different dishes. Serve it cold at 6-8°C for the best enjoyment.
