The Esker Wit Cuvée Select is a dry white wine with a distinct and characterful style. In the glass, the wine exudes clarity and finesse, with fresh aromas of white fruit such as apple and pear in the nose, complemented by a subtle citrus note. This first impression continues on the palette, where liveliness and softness are nicely balanced.
The cuvée is composed of Cabernet Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling - a thoughtful combination that brings both structure and elegance. The Chardonnay adds creaminess, the Cabernet Blanc provides freshness and the Riesling contributes aromatic expression. The result is a harmonious wine with a pleasantly round mouthfeel and a refined, long finish that lingers elegantly.
This wine is excellent with fish dishes, seafood, light vegetable dishes or as a classic accompaniment to asparagus. Serve lightly chilled between 8 and 10 °C to fully enjoy its layered aromas and fresh style. A versatile white wine with a Twente signature.
