Fabula unites the best of Barbera and Nebbiolo in one powerful, wood-aged blend - carefully hand-harvested and aged for 18 months in French oak for a deep, elegant expression of the Piedmont terroir.
Our Fabula wine is the result of the careful selection and blending of the best Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes present in our vineyards. The two grape varieties are vinified together. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place in 500-litre French wooden barrels. Follow-up maturation takes place in the same barrel for at least 18 months. After bottling, the wine undergoes 1-year maturation in bottle.
