    For over three centuries, wines have been made on this historic estate in the heart of Veneto, founded in 1681 just a short distance from Venice. Sisters Barbara and Caterina Candoni De Zan lead the estate today: with respect for heritage, a sharp eye for sustainability and wines that express the true character of Veneto. Taste their Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, Chardonnay and more — and hear the story straight from the makers themselves.

    What is a wine tasting at ONWINE?

    At ONWINE you taste wines from small, independent winemakers you won't find in a supermarket. During our winemaker masterclasses the winemaker is present in person — you get the story behind every bottle straight from the maker. That's what makes our wine tastings in Utrecht different from the rest.

    How much does a wine tasting at ONWINE cost?

    A masterclass costs €15,- per person. For that you'll taste multiple wines with commentary from the winemaker. Tickets are available via the ticket link on each upcoming event. All wines can of course be ordered afterwards — take them home on the night or have them delivered to your door.

    Can I book a wine tasting for a group or corporate event?

    Yes, we also organise wine tastings for groups — whether it's a corporate event in Utrecht, a hen party, a wine club or any other group occasion. We can also come to your location. Get in touch via [email protected] or call us on +31 30 207 2216.

    Where is ONWINE located?

    Our concept store is located at Kintgenshaven 1 in Utrecht — right in the heart of the city, next to the Neude square. Easily reachable by public transport.
    If you've ordered a box of wine, no need to carry it home — we deliver it to your door anywhere in the Netherlands in the week after the tasting.

    What language are the masterclasses in?

    The masterclasses are conducted in English. Our winemakers really do come from Piedmont, Burgundy, the Loire, the Mosel and other wonderful wine regions — so they usually don't speak Dutch.

    How often does ONWINE organise a wine tasting?

    We organise a masterclass every month — sometimes twice. We do this because a masterclass is the perfect expression of what ONWINE stands for: an honest wine world centred around the winemaker and the wine lover. Masterclasses usually take place at the weekend, with the winemaker in Utrecht for several evenings so you can choose the session and date that suits you best.     What about the shipping costs?

    Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery.
    All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.

    To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.

    The following shipping costs apply:

    • 6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
    • 12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs

    You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
