Domaine Désertaux-Ferrand is a family-owned winery in Burgundy with a history dating back to 1899. The estate was founded by Amable Désertaux in Beaune, where he built the cellars, winery and residence that are still in use today. What began as a small winery of around three hectares grew over the generations into a renowned family estate of around 20 hectares. Especially under the leadership of Bernard Désertaux and Janine Ferrand, the estate expanded greatly and focused on quality and selling its own bottled wines. Since the arrival of Christine, Vincent and Geneviève at the beginning of the 21st century, the range was further expanded to include prestigious appellations such as Beaune Premier Cru, Pommard, Meursault Premier Cru and Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru. Today, Bastien Désertaux represents the fifth generation within the family business.
