Cordara's 'Suni' Cortese Dell'Alto Monferrato DOC is an elegant white wine with an intense straw yellow color. This sophisticated wine is made from 100% Cortese grapes sourced from the historic vineyards of Castel Boglione, which have been growing on the western hills at 220 meters above sea level for more than 35 years. Thanks to the chalky clay soil profile and traditional Guyot training, this wine has a distinct character. After a careful manual harvest in the second half of September, the wine is aged for four months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, giving it a fresh, harmonious flavor.
When poured, this Cortese enchants with its delicate, floral aromas. On the palate, it offers a dry, pleasant and refreshing taste experience that is perfectly balanced. Thanks to its rich minerality and ability to age in bottle, over time this wine develops complex tertiary aromas of great elegance. This not only makes it irresistible even now, but also gives it special storage potential.
